Peak Incorporated recently completed several new, re-aligned, and totally reconstructed Public Road projects.

 

Riva Road, near the South River Bridge  in Anne Arundel County, was a narrow, old, 2-lane roadway. It is now a beautifully “streetscaped” roadway with a center turn lane for safety (“click” on photo to the right).

 

Schaeffer Road in Germantown, MD. Was a 2-lane, narrow roadway.  It is now a 4-lane, divided roadway, serving the Germantown Soccer Plex Facility.

 

Maryland Route 32 (Main Street) in Westminster, MD was totally reconstructed by Peak Incorporated.  This sensitive work schedule included 4-Phases of construction. Traffic was detoured around each Work Zone during construction. 

 

As the photo to the right shows, in addition to the “standard roadway construction”, this project included “brick” crosswalks made of pre-cast concrete pavers.

 

Peak Incorporated recently completed a new Detour Road at MD. Route 29 and Cherry Hill Rd./East Randolph Road in Montgomery County, MD.  This MSHA project consisted of major utility relocations and road work, needed in order to proceed with Bridge Construction in the next phase.

 

We have also constructed many new and reconstructed Public Parking Lots. 

 

One such project was at the George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.  Parking Lot C was enlarged in order to better serve the Patriot Center.  This work had to be completed during the summer months, while school was out.  Peak Incorporated met a demanding schedule, completing the project on time.
